Return & Refund Policy
If you are delayed for more than 5 hours or your ride has been cancelled by driver or due to car’s fault, we will refund the amount within 7 days. You will have an option to use the credit for other ride instead of refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Reisen will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the item(s) or proof of ride cancellation due to driver or Reisen.
